EC: Modular cabinet system suitable for in-line settings. Solid drawn-columns structure and cabinet's back panel are completely welded. Bottom panel with cable entry flange, roof and side panels are fixed with screws. Available with solid or transparent door, with or without internal door. Adjustable 2,5 mm FeZn internal plate. Same accessories as DRC system.
Structure:
1,5 mm thick steel sheet drawn-columns bearing frame; drawn-columns are fixed and welded to die-cast aluminum joints. 25 mm pitch drilling scheme; roof and plinth fixed to structure.
Internal plate:
2 mm thick galvanised steel sheet (Sendzimir), with front or side installation by meansof sliding guides; adjustable depth.
Side and back panels:
1,5 mm thick steel sheet; polyurethane sealing gasket;fixed to structure.
Transparent door:
Same features as solid door, but it is provided with a tempered glass porthole. BY SEPARATED ORDERING: 1,5 mm thick steel sheet internal door.
Solid door:
1,8 mm thick steel sheet; polyurethane sealing gasket; 20x20 mm pre-drilled tubular frame. 100° standard opening with reversible right hinges. Standard central locking systems with doublecomb tool insert and 4 anchor points. Other configurations are available.
Cable entry flange:
1,5 mm steel sheet; it consists in 2 or 3 parts, with neoprene cable-tie gasket.
Painting:
Thermosetting powders.
Material:
1,5/1,8 mm thick carbon steel sheet.
Standard colours:
RAL7035 textured - Plinth: RAL7009 textured
Earthing:
M6 pins to be welded on structure, doors and panels.
